Medical masks are a tool that can be used to prevent the spread of respiratory infection.

N95 Face Masks

N95 Disposable Non Woven Respirator Face Mask’s

An N95 respirator is a respiratory protective device designed to achieve a very close facial fit and very efficient filtration of airborne particles.

The ‘N95’ designation means that when subjected to careful testing, the respirator blocks at least 95 percent of very small (0.3 micron) test particles. If properly fitted, the filtration capabilities of N95 respirators exceed those of face masks. However, even a properly fitted N95 respirator does not completely eliminate the risk of illness or death.95 respirators and surgical masks (face masks) are examples of personal protective equipment that are used to protect the wearer from airborne particles and from liquid contaminating the face. c National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) also regulate N95 respirators.

Surgical & Medical Face Masks

Medical Face Masks Designed To Support Infection Control

Medical face masks are designed to minimise the transfer of bacteria and particles from medical personnel to the patient.

Our range of medical face masks can be used in wide range of situations. All our medical face masks offer high filtration capacity while retaining low breathing resistance and are classified as type II or IIR as per EN 14683.

N95 Flu & Influenza Prevention Face Masks

Most commonly used for Flu or Influenza prevention, these masks are effective according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in helping to prevent the spread of Flu, swine flu and avian flu transmission from person to person. N95 masks are designed to fit over the nose and mouth of the wearer, and properly fitted can provide excellent protection

Surgical & Medical Face Masks

Surgical Face Masks

Surgical masks are designed to provide fluid resistance and air filtration to the wearer. Surgical masks are usually rated by ASTM standards. ASTM levels are based on bacterial filtration efficiency, differential pressure, sub-micron particulate filtration efficiency, resistance to penetration by synthetic blood, and flammability.

Most surgical masks will have an ASTM 1, ASTM 2, or ASTM 3 rating. While these provide some protection for the wearer and patient, they do not provide the same protection of a properly fitted N95 respirator.

CORONAVIRUS MEDICAL SUPPLIES

Due to extremely high demand many products such as surgical masks and N95 respirators may be sold out. This is due to world demand. Supplies are very limited and the CDC expects COVID-19 to spread, we recommend placing orders as soon as possible. Orders are processed in the order they were received. Some items may take longer to ship if COVID-19 continuous to spread.
